Financial Options for Everyone 

At Cook Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, we want you to receive the dental care you need when you need it. We never want finances to be the reason you or your family are behind on dental exams, cleanings, or your necessary restorative work. For this reason, Dr. Cook offers several different forms of payment for our Birmingham dental patients. 

We accept most dental insurance policies and will file all insurance paperwork for you.  Even if your insurance is out-of-network with our office, you will likely receive at least some discount on services. For your convenience, we accept payment for dental services through our online patient portal. 

If you do not have dental insurance, our office offers an in-house savings plan called the Healthy Smiles Plan. Through this plan, you and your family receive our annual dental services at a discounted rate. One annual payment covers the cost of two dental cleanings and two exams, which should be scheduled about six months apart. Under the Healthy Smiles Plan, you will also receive 20% off any other dental treatments you purchase.

A third financial option available to our eligible patients is financing through Care Credit. Care Credit loans have allowed hundreds of thousands of patients to receive healthcare treatment they otherwise could not afford. If you and your family cannot visit our Birmingham dental office due to financial concerns, Care Credit may be your solution.
